One of the most frequent questions when buying trainers is often: What is my size? We make it easy in this post. You only have to measure your feet, add a correcting factor, which is the size of your middle finger that you should be able to fit in the shoe behind your heel, and look for this value in the table attached.
STEP 1
Measure your foot from heel to toe according to the chart.
STEP 2
Add on 0.63cm to the measurement obtained, to take into account the enlargement of your foot during a race.
STEP 3
Look for the value that is in the table and find the tab for each product (as shown in the image.) And then find the appropriate place in EU / UK / USA value.
-----------------
Example: The measurement that I have obtained is 28cm, therefore 28cm + 0.63cm = 28.63cm. This is the measurement that I have to enter into the table. If your exact number doesn’t appear, choose the closest value. In my case 28.5cm.
IMPORTANT
* Do not look at the value in centimeters that appears on the tongue of the shoe, for some brands, it does not correspond to the extent of your foot.
* This table is an indicative and in no case to be used as a justification for claims in any of the stores of the Tradeinn group
