The NIKE REACT MILER are focused for daily use in training sessions, in particular for longer workouts, although they can be used for almost any type of session, as they provide us with great shock absorption and great stability. It incorporates a platform in the heel area that helps us in any movement we make.
This Shoe incorporates the Nike REACT cushioning system, which gives us good reactivity and cushioning throughout the entire footprint, regardless of how we use it. It adapts very well to the foot, since it is slightly wider than other Nike models and allows the foot to be less compressed, but without losing the grip that is so much needed when running.
It incorporates the REACT system along the entire sole of the shoe, which will give us great stability in training, even when we use the metatarsal area the most. The outsole also provides great traction, since it allows us to go smoothly on any terrain, and in the longer term we will notice less wear on the sole. Although in the longer workouts the feeling has been good, I have noticed that there is a lack of reactivity in the moments that we go faster and have less contact with the ground.
It uses a mesh throughout the shoe that gives us good breathability and also offers great comfort and support in each of the steps. The lacing system makes it adapt perfectly to the instep and together with the short tongue that it has, it comfortably closes the entire foot. In addition, it has reinforced areas on the front for greater finger safety. Reflective areas are also included on the heel and on the sides, allowing us to be seen in moments of low light.
Very comfortable shoe, which allows you to do a large number of km for its stability and comfort, and which provides a great grip both on the foot inside it, and with the terrain through which we move. The only counter that can be removed is the weight of the shoe, somewhat excessive compared to similar models on the market.
